首先,我认为两个说法都不能算是错的.
但是,按照我们平时学的语法来讲,应该是I’m sorry to hear that you don't feel well.
其实,我认为第一种说法也可以,只是使用的情况不同而已,有强烈的感情在其中.
I’m sorry to hear that you don't feel well。feel不能用于进行时。
第一个吧
I am sorry(feel sad) that to hear you did not feel well.
I‘m sorry to hear that you aren't felling well
