一Keep healthy is very difficult.Today let's talk about how to keep healthy.
First,you have to do excise every day.Do sport is a good way to keep healthy.I like playing basketball.Do excise can make you strong,so cold can't get in your body.Do excise for 1hour every day ,you will healthy.
Next,you'd better to eat healthy food.Healthy food can make you strong,too.You will eat junk food as less as impossble.Junk food is not healthy,like hamburgers and sandwiches.
Finally,you must feel happy and interesting every day.Though it can't luck,you must happy.
In a word,keep healthy is not eazy,but if you are really want to keep healthy.It's very eazy.
