此句中the way 和 to find it 好像没什么关联吧,既不是动宾关系也不是主谓关系 为什么能用不定式修饰the

答：第一句,因为明显知道to do 的逻辑主语是for us,省略了.
其实用被动式to be done也是可以的.不过（两个）例句都很生硬.没人说这样的句子.
第二句正常的不定式被动结构作后置定语,因为meeting是hold的逻辑主语,被动关系,所以用to be held.
3.the way的定语有三种：不定式,of 短语或从句：
a.the way to do sth.
b.the way of doing sth.
c.the way (that/in which) sb.does sth.
The way to find it will be made known to the public.(make系made之笔误）
这个不定式的逻辑主语显然是“人”,for us省略的结果.

1问就是一个动词不定式表被动，如 I have a lot of things to do。这里的事情是被做，但是还是用的 to do，
2.the ways to do sth
to 在这里是动词不定式符号，动词不定式做way的定语，发现它的方法将会被公诸于世

第一个问题，是因为有一些固定的用法，用被动本身是没有错的，但是不地道。
第二个问题，你在拆分句子的时候拆错了，那是一个固定搭配the way to do/sth 就像the key to…is…一样。

你可以试着把to do 去掉，明显是不通的，这句话真正的主语是人，for us to do.
下面一句把to be done 去掉依旧很通顺。
