这只可以用过去时么?
答：请记住一个重要句型：
It is (high) time (that) sb. did sth. (It is (high) time (that) sb. should do sth.）
表示：某人该做某事了.（ 是某人该做某事的时候了）
=It is time for sb. to do sth.
因为这个句型中的从句谓语动词用了奇怪的过去时（/ should+V）,所以将它编入了虚拟语气中（表示一种愿望,名至所归）.
不过,请记住,第二种表达法中的should是不可以省略的.这与虚拟语气10动词（insist, suggest, advise, demand 等等）中的宾语从句是不一样的.
所以本题不能选AC.
另外, go to bed 与go to sleep的区别,很多人都是很清楚.主要是后者.
