The most crucial problem is that men may have poor teamwork with women.Men may think that the one who have ability have the power to lead the team and make decision by oneself instead of communicate with teammates.Women ,however,prefer to share ideas,discuss with teammate and convince the opponents in order to find out the consensus.Both characters is almost different,even against.When the men work with women,it may become a disaster.The confliction would occur frequently if they do not enhance the spirit of teamwork.Dictatorship is a hindrance to a successful teamwork.Seeing some helpful ideas raised by others may be ignored ,how could we do nothing to improve the situation?

The most crucial problem is that men are generally less corporative than women.Typical men may believe that one can lead the team and make decisions without communicate with their teammates as long as he/she has the ability of a good leader.Woman,on the other hand,are more willing to discuss and share ideas with teammates as well as find out the consensuses in order to convince the opponents.The characteristics are quite different,even opposite.Therefore,it often leads to disaster when both parties need to work together.Issues typically occurred while they loses the spirit of teamwork.Dictatorship is a hindrance to the success of teamwork.Helpful suggestions and comments may be ignored,while nothing is done in order to improve the situation.
