nowadays,i'm a junior two student.i’m different from one year ago.i used to keep slient and have few friends.however,i'm more outgoing and more popular at present.what's more,i used to always out of fashion,i don't care what i wear,so many students think of i'm a sloppy person.but now,i try my best to catch the fashion so that i can make some friends.lastly ,i find it that i have made great progress in my studies and i think my grades will become better and better.

nowadays,you can find the phenomenon easily that many students don't have breakfast.i think it's serious problem beacause it is bad for our health.if you feel hungry,you won't listen to the teacher carefully in class.in the morning,you need energy,so you should have breakfast which can offers energy to you.what's worse,if you always don't have breakfast,you will develop a bad habit.for your health and life,you ought to have breakfast in time.

today,i decide to cook a meal for my family although meal used to cooked by my parents.
first,i cut five tomatoes and one cucumber to the slices,then puting two teaspoons of olive oil in them and adding some black pepper and half a teaspoon salt after 10 miuntes,finally i put one teaspoon of vinegar.what is important is that you don't forget to mix them up.i'm tired,but i'm very delight because a delicious meal is finished.i hope my parents will like it.
