他的意思是,我在讨论中谈及了影响一个细胞因子的多种因素,但是没有看到量化的分析.
但是各个因素之间可能存在相互作用等等,如果只做但因素分析的话,可能回忽略因素间的相互作用,而得出错误的结论.因此建议你做一下多因素的分析,以验证你在讨论开始部分的假设.
我只会用spss,里面有一个multivariate analysis选项的.
